Centrifugal sprinkler irrigation pump is mainly composed of impeller, pump casing, pump shaft, bearing, shaft sealing device and other parts. Use and adjustment

TWO: Preparation work before using the pump truck
1. Use a tractor to pull the pump truck to the set position, connect the water delivery hose to the sprinkler irrigation machine, and connect the suction pipe to the water pump (see the pump truck installation and connection diagram)
2. Check whether the two couplings are concentric.
3. Check whether the fastening bolts of each part are loose.

4. Tighten the wheel nuts and check whether the tire pressure is normal
5. Whether the coupling is flexible when rotating by hand.
6. Check whether there are weeds and dirt in the inlet pool, and check whether the submerged depth of the bottom valve filter of the suction pipe is sufficient.
7. Check the diesel engine:
(1) Check whether the connections of the diesel engine are safe and reliable.
(2) Check whether the oil circuit is unblocked and whether the starting is normal.
(3) Check whether various safety protection functions are normal.
(4) Refer to the instruction manual provided by the diesel engine manufacturer for the operation of the diesel engine.
8. Start the diesel engine
(1) Close the outlet pipe valve before starting the machine.
(2) Open the air extraction valve switch for water diversion operation. When the water diversion is full, close the air valve switch.
(3) Turn on the diesel engine and slowly accelerate to the rated speed. At the same time, slowly open the outlet pipe valve and observe the pressure gauge. When the pressure reaches the ideal state, lock the diesel engine throttle to make the machine run normally.
Boot and check after boot
1. After starting up, observe whether the various indication signals on the dashboard of the diesel engine and the pressure gauges on the water pump and sprinkler irrigation machine are normal.
2. Check whether the flow of the water pump is normal, and adjust the pump outlet control valve (configurable according to user needs) to adjust the best working state of the pump. Not only requires the pump working point to be in the high-efficiency area, but also the nozzle working pressure must be at the selected nozzle Only within the pressure working range can the unit operate efficiently and safely. When the above requirements cannot be met, the operating conditions of the water pump can be adjusted by opening and closing the regulating valve or adjusting the throttle of the diesel engine.
3. Check whether the diesel engine sprinkler pump unit is operating normally, and listen to whether the diesel engine and water pump machinery are noisy. If the noise is too loud, the unit has strong vibration or other abnormal sounds, stop it immediately for inspection, find the cause, and eliminate the fault.
4. Check the water pump and the inlet and outlet pipes for leaks and air leakage. The suction pipe should ensure that there is no air leakage to ensure that the pump can absorb water normally, otherwise the normal operation of the pump cannot be guaranteed.
5. Check the temperature rise of the bearing part of the water pump. Use the back-of-hand test mode. When the bearing seat is hot, stop immediately to check whether the diesel engine is running normally, the water temperature meter indicates whether it is within the specified temperature range, and whether the diesel engine is running at over power.
6. Check whether the water level of the inlet tank drops and whether it exceeds the maximum suction lift of the pump.
After starting up, the pump truck can be started and run normally after all the above items are checked. At the same time, the unit operating status must be checked frequently during the unit operation. When the unit is abnormal, it should be shut down immediately for inspection and troubleshooting After that, you can continue to start the operation.
Maintenance
1. During the operation of the unit, regular attention should be paid to check, and problems should be eliminated in time, and the unit is not allowed to work with illness.
2. The unit should be inspected once a year. Overhaul items:
(1) Clean the relevant parts of the water pump and replace the wearing parts, such as oil seals;
(2) Lubricate the bearing chamber of the water pump regularly;
(3) If the unit is out of operation for a long time, the water in the pump room should be drained, especially in winter, to prevent freezing and cracking of the pump casing;
(4) The front support frame and the lifting screw should be filled with lubricating oil;
(5) Regularly check whether the air pressure of the pump truck tires is normal, and tighten the wheel nuts;
(6) Frequently check whether the voltage of the starting battery is normal, and if there is a power loss, you should replenish it in time;
